My approach to training is simple: focus on strength, movement, and habits that support long-term health. With a background in nutrition, I believe exercise and diet should work together to support energy, recovery, and overall well-being. While I work with people of all ages and experience levels, I’m especially passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence — so they can keep doing the things they enjoy, move through life with confidence, and stay strong for years to come.
